• All bookings require a deposit as specified in your travel proposal
• Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure
• Prices are subject to change until full payment is received
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 90 days before departure: 25% penalty
• Cancellations 60-89 days before departure: 50% penalty
• Cancellations less than 60 days before departure: 100% penalty

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Crystal Path Travel is not liable for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Crystal Path Travel's liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for acts of third-party service providers, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
